Melksham Carnival / Party In the Park

26th May 2012 King George V Playing Fields.

 

Just setting off I thought I’d check out the site, web site that is, not show site.  Confusion took over as the Carnival in the Park Melksham is on 11th July, Same place.

Consulting the contract it informed me Melksham Carnival / Party in the Park.  OK still confused could n’t find the site but found the Facebook page… which didn’t have the date on it?

Sure the contract states its tomorrow so I’ll be there.  How should I look at this, If I didn’t have a computer I wouldn’t be confused by this, Lack of organising and thought?  I look forward to performing for the people of Wiltshire. However it may be or seem.

On reflection:  A great gig. Sun was out and the people were many.  It was actually a music festival with live bands  and acts on the stage.  The was a cross over of interests meaning every boby was performing at the same time.  So I was happy to see when we finished our 2nd show most of the audience were watching us and not the bands that were on!

The arena was big enough, made so for the Free fall display team who couldn’t jump because of the wind.

Happy day at Melksham Carnival or should I say Melksham Party in The Park of was it Melksham Music festival?
