Clowning and entertaining for six one hour street parties, in half a day.
As a way contributing to the celebration of the Royal Wedding Aylesbury Town Council decided to take the entertainment to the masses and laid on a mini bus packed with enteratiners to go to six different locations and join in the communities that were having their parties. The Mayor was there.
We even went into Stoke Manderville spinal injuries unit to provide a lift for the event they were having. I got to play drums with the band that were there first time in 23 years. This visit was very humbling.
